Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to this event you must agree to the following:
- By purchasing a ticket to High&Dry Festival 2009, you automatically become a participant of the festival. We do not believe in punters. Punter isn't a nice word.
- High&Dry
Festival Incorporated accepts no responsibility or liability for loss
or damages or any other nasty bits incurred as a result of
participation, attendance or rogue behaviour at High&Dry Festival
2009.
- Illegal
behaviour is, unsurprisingly, illegal, and is not acceptable. Police
and security will be on site for the duration of the event so please
keep prohibited items, substances or stupid ideas away from
High&Dry Festival.\
- This event is BYO, however you must abide by the site rules to ensure
that you bring a reasonable amount of alcohol. The sale of alcohol is
strictly prohibited.
- Glass does not belong on site. That's standard, people: NO FREAKING GLASS.
- The High&Dry crew must reserve the right to refuse entry, or evict persons from the event for any reason.
- Respect of the site, it's beauty, energy and it's traditional owners is mandatory. Severely embarrassing penalties apply.
- Tickets
are non-transferable and non-refundable under most circumstances.
High&Dry Festival Incorporated reserves the right to determine
these circumstances. In the unlikely, and horrifyingly frightening
event of the festival being cancelled for any reason, there may be some
delay in refunding ticket monies to participants.
- Musical and artistic acts may be varied at any time; please don't get angry if they do.
- Violence
is ridiculous. Aggressive or violent behaviour will not be tolerated in
any way, for any reason - security will instantly escort aggressive
morons somewhere far, far away from all the normal peaceful people.
